Abstract

Kehadiran internet bagaimanapun harus dipadukan dengan kecanggihan desain dan pertimbangan dari sisi usability. Jika pengguna tidak dapat menemukan apa yang dibutuhkan dari halaman web yang diberikan karena kurangnya informasi atau kompleksitas navigasi, pengguna akan menjadi frustrasi dan pindah ke situs lain. Rata-rata pengguna menghabiskan 46 detik melihat setiap halaman web. Berbagai organisasi tertarik dalam mengevaluasi website untuk memastikan bahwa pihak organisasi secara efektif dapat mencapai dan mempertahankan pelanggan, dan penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa estetika telah menjadi semakin penting bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur nilai estetika website Bank BPR Kota Batam dengan Model End User Computing Satisfaction, apakah pengguna merasa puas terhadap desain website yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan diagram tulang ikan. Diagram tulang ikan digunakan untuk mengetahui akar penyebab pengguna merasa puas terhadap website yang ada di Bank BPR Kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem sebanyak 60 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa pengguna puas dengan indicator warna, lay out, animasi, image, jenis huruf, keseimbangan tampilan dan daya tarik untuk Bank BPR di Kota Batam. Nilai estetika website bank Kencana Graha sebesar 68,2 % menyatakan puas dengan tampilan dan di urutan kedua bank BPRS Vitka Central dengan persentase 67,90%.

Abstract

Bank Bukopin Batam merupakan salah satu Bank yang menghimpun dana dan penyalur dana. Ada beberapa fasilitas dalam penyaluran dana ke nasabah yang di miliki Bank Bukopin. Salah satunya Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR), selama ini pihak Bank memberikan KPR ke nasabah masih menggunakan prediksi resiko secara manual dalam memberikan kredit kepada nasabah yang banyak menyita waktu dan tenaga apalagi pada saat laporan nasabah dianalisa lebih lanjut oleh pihak Bank. Salah satu teknik yang dapat membantu pihak Bank dalam memprediksi Penentuan resiko kredit adalah teknik Decision Tree yang merupakan bagian dari teknik Data Mining untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dalam bentuk pohon. Dengan teknik Decision Tree diharapkan dapat membantu pihak bank agar lebih cepat dan mudah dalam memprediksi data dan menarik suatu kesimpulan dari data yang ada. Salah satu cara memprediksi data tersebut dengan menggunakan software Dtreg. Pada software ini data yang digunakan hanya bisa dalam bentuk format “csv (comma delimited), jika tidak menggunakan format “csv (comma delimited)“ maka data tersebut tidak bisa diproses oleh software Dtreg dan selanjutnya jika format excel yang telah dirubah ke format “csv (comma delimited)”, maka akan dapat dilakukan proses analisa. Dtreg dapat menghasilkan pohon keputusan, salah satu nya yaitu hasil keputusan resiko dari jumlah kredit pemilikan rumah berdasarkan jumlah nasabah.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Utilization Office Automation Webmail and Motivation on Employee Productivity. Employee productivity can be interpreted as a result of the company or individual in carrying out the work effectively, efficiently and legally controlled conducted in order to achieve the mission and vision of the company. Factors that may affect the Employee Productivity allegedly dominant enough to have an influence on Employee Productivity at PT Giken Precision Indonesia in Batam are Utilization Office Automation Webmail and Motivation. These factors are interrelated to each other on Employee Productivity at PT Giken Precision Indonesia in Batam. Thus these factors have a relationship that can be combined to achieve Employee Productivity is high. Employee productivity is influenced by many other factors that need to augment existing theories. This study is expected to provide input to the company that optimize utilization of Office Automation Webmail can improve Employee Productivity. Good service quality is highly dependent on the provider that indeed competent in their field. By processing the data using statistical tests, the results of this study suspected Utilization Office Automation Webmail very useful for service, motivation is very beneficial for the service, useful for service productivity, and partially that the utilization of Office Automation Webmail significant effect on Employee Productivity and Motivation significant effect on Employee productivity, as well as the simultaneous utilization of Office Automation Webmail and motivation influence on Employee Productivity.

Abstract

To bring in a lot of website visitors is fairly difficult challenges to face, either because more and more websites are popping up with the same theme with us and because of the difficulty of making the content or content that is burdensome. Google Analytics can be utilized to analyze the content which are much in demand, then we can take a decision on what to do next. Most companies have a great site, but only about five percent of the knowing use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as part of the marketing plan. If they use their SEO will usually learn and spend thousands of dollars to make the site the number one but still too many visitors. We hope that if someone is typing a particular key word in the search engine google.com for example, the website we at least be in the top ten on the first page or even if it could be at the top.

On the other hand, people tend to leave their mobile phone as soon as the growth of technologi. This fact leads the producer of mobile phone to keep improving the quality as sociaty need; one of them is the quality of software of the mobile phone. Abstract

Slowly advances in information technology communication has entered into working life. The high will need a digital information service that people want to make different kinds of technological devices such as Black Berry Messenger selling well. This is because the ability in the spread of information and communication easy, practical, effective and efficient time. In the legal world, especially notaries in addition to following the legal developments as pillars, the development of the digital world also shall be followed as a means of support. Based on the research use blackberry messenger can know that on average the highest percentage answer renponden agree with the use of blackberry utilization of 47.20 percent, followed by 30.80% strongly agree. While the average of respondents who strongly disagree with the use blackberry messenger of 1.60 percent.

Abstract

Hang Nadim Airport Batam using a system that is ELSA ADPS. This system used since 2012 to manage the news and then send it to the cost of each unit and airports that require. This study aimed to determine the effect on the performance aspects of human resources information systems, the effect of the support of the managers of the system performance information, as well as simultaneously influence aspects of human resources and support from the manager to the performance information system ELSA ADPS. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to all employees Hang Nadim airport in Batam using ELSA ADPS information system with descriptive data analysis and verification. The findings in this research that there is a positive and significant impact on the performance aspects of the human resources information system ELSA ADPS, there is a positive and significant impact on the Performance Manager Support of Information Systems ELSA ADPS, there is a positive and significant influence jointly between aspects of HR and support from the manager to the performance information system ELSA ADPS.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of E-payment System Online on the efficiency of public services at PT. Jamsostek Cabang 1 - Batam using simple linear regression method. And data collected by a questionnaire survey to 120 respondents. This study provides input for PT. Jamsostek Cabang 1 Batam which help in process transactions effectively and efficiently so that the customer will be satisfied as consideration for the progress of the service provider. As for some of the conclusions of this study are as follows: The Role of E-Payment System Online on the efficiency of public services PT Jamsostek Branch 1 Batam. This means that the role well and giving the latest information and the ease of getting information to the E-Payment System Online, it will increase the efficiency of public services PT Jamsostek Branch 1 Batam.

Abstract

Decision-making will surely experienced any person anytime and anywhere, problems will arise if the decision requires some consideration because if it is not taken into account and considered it well then it will impact to the final result is bad and risky. The discussion in this study relates to the decision-making process is the decision to purchase a laptop using Borda function. Borda function known as a weighting (similar to AHP) using preference data or rank the importance of attributes (variables) to be weighted. The attributes are taken is a matter of major components, size, price, touchpad, battery, brand and operating system of a laptop. Of 7 essential attributes of a laptop will be generated each 6 preferences, so the total will be produced 42 preferences that may arise and continue to make a list of results in the form of the preference and the last was made pairwise matrix in the form of a recapitulation before drawing conclusions. Inference process itself will be done by counting the number of lines and weights that have been obtained. The highest number (the highest percentage) is the best decision to be taken as a solution. This solution will be used to help students and SMAN 5 Plot Batu Aji Lama particular grade 3 in buying a laptop.

Abstract

Mobile marketing secara luas dapat didefinisikan sebagai “penggunaan media seluler sebagai alat komunikasi pemasaran” atau “distribusi dari setiap jenis pesan promosi atau iklan kepada pelanggan melalui jaringan nirkabel”. Smartphone BlackBerry adalah merupakan ponsel pintar dengan beberapa keunggulan fitur. Namun BlackBerry tetaplah barang elektronik yang memiliki resiko kerusakan dan gangguan seperti halnya ponsel-ponsel/handphone lainnya. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan alat penghubung dalam menyampaikan atau memberikan informasi kepada orang lain. Tanpa adanya komunikasi, semua aktifitas yang dilakukan tidak akan berjalan efektif. Peranan komunikasi interpersonal dapat meningkatkan Kepercayaan pelanggan, karena tingkat kepercayaan merupakan pendorong atau penggerak dari dalam diri seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya serta mencapai tujuan tertentu dan dapat bekerja lebih baik. Kepercayaan adalah kemauan seseorang untuk bertumpu pada orang lain dimana seseorang tersebut telah memiliki keyakinan. Kepercayaan merupakan kondisi mental yang di dasarkan oleh situasi seseorang dan konteks sosialnya. Namun kendala dalam kepercayaan seorang pelanggan adalah kurangnya pertukaran interpersonal dan sifat satu kali transaksi bisnis yang khas di internet membuat kepercayaan konsumen menjadi unik, karena kepercayaan berhubungan dengan orang lain dan dipelihara melalui suatu interaksi.
